Ontario defeated the U.S. 5-4
August 17-19, 2007 in the inaugural U23 Ontario/U.S. Challenge
match held yesterday at the White Oaks Resort in Niagra-On-The-Lake,
Ontario, Canada.
The US U23 program, modeled after successful programs in England,
Australia and South Africa, is an initial step towards the
goal of US Squash to ”bridge the gap”, by helping
top junior players transition to full National team members
and/or a PSA or WISPA touring pro.
